65 Degrees is hypothermia; 80 degrees is a heat stroke. Since it is now October, more and more people have been thinking about purchasing a light coat. We really shouldn’t be making fun of California’s weather considering it’s a great conversation starter and a perfect topic to bring up to that cute boy or girl you see in the hallway.

Forever wishing that there would just be a couple of leaves falling from trees, or even a slight breeze, we must accept the fact that the sun will be shining until the rapture. Considering we’ve been in a drought for…ehh…10 years, a slight drizzle of rain would be very appreciated.

We will not be shaken though, the apple picking and pumpkin spice lattes shall reign. Getting lost in a corn maze, taking artsy pictures in our backyards, eating slices of warm pumpkin bread, and being attacked by crazy killer clowns still makes for a great fall. On the up side of things, Halloween is on its way which means Thanksgiving is on its way which means Christmas is on its way.

Fall brings the families together-bundling up in millions of blankets, trying to stay toasty by the fire, while drinking hot cocoa with your fuzzy socks on. Just kidding; if you’d like to experience that then it’s time to rethink where you decided to live. Try somewhere else! For example, Oregon, Washington, Canada, New York, Maine, Colorado, not San Diego, Minnesota, basically anywhere else.

Have a fabulous fall!
